I really enjoy working with Lisa. She is very patient and never just sends me a price and disappears. When I have questions about the tubes, decoration or packaging, she always explains everything clearly and gives me some options. Sometimes she even reminds me about small details I didn't think about. It makes my work much easier.

What I like most about Lisa is that she always tries to find a solution. We had some concerns about price and MOQ in the beginning, and instead of just saying “this is our price”, she checked different options for us and explained where we could save cost without affecting the quality too much. We started with samples because this was our first time working together. The sample process went smoothly and the team listened carefully to our comments. Before mass production they reconfirmed the important details with us again. The final goods were very close to the approved samples, which is very important for us. Overall, a reliable team.

Quality and Packaging
We have received the goods and are very happy with the overall quality. The tubes look clean and beautiful, printing came out nicely and everything was packed carefully. The cartons arrived in good condition, and we didn't have to spend extra time sorting damaged products. For an overseas supplier, this is something we really care about.
