About
I'm Lisa Lee, founder of Yunshan Packaging. For more than ten years I have worked on cosmetic packaging for makeup, skincare and body care brands — matching a product to the packaging that suits its positioning, its market and its supply chain.
We are not a sales desk. Our team develops the product with the brand: what the packaging has to hold, how it will be used, how it should look next to its competitors, and what it will cost to produce.
Development, tooling, decoration and quality sit in one team, so the answer you get has already been checked by the people who will build it.
What our years in this industry actually covered matters more than the number.
Six disciplines in one team — which is why the people who quote your project are also the ones who answer for it at the end.
Every project is reviewed from several sides at once, because a decision that helps one of them usually costs another. That discussion happens inside the team, before it reaches you.
Instead of talking separately to sales, engineering, purchasing and production, clients work with one project lead who carries the whole job inside the company: product development, supplier selection, sampling, artwork review, production follow-up, quality inspection and shipment — until the order is delivered.
One window, from the first sample to the last carton — and the whole team behind that window.
The packaging is not the point on its own. The point is a product that reaches the market on time, in the quality you approved, from a supplier you can order from again.
That is the whole aim of this team: help a beauty brand launch faster, take fewer risks, and build a packaging supply chain that still holds up on the third order.

Inside Yunshan
Two short films — the team that runs your project, and the sample room where every structure, colour and finish is checked by hand before it reaches you.

The company
Founded in 2021, we work across injection molding, decoration and assembly. Thirty machines across four production lines, with moulding, decoration and assembly kept under one roof — finished goods inspected to AQL General Inspection Level II.
Our role is practical: check what a design can actually do, match components and finishes, and keep each project's samples and versions straight so the factory builds what you approved.
The range covers lip gloss and lipstick tubes, mascara tubes, blush and sunscreen sticks, deodorant sticks, cream jars, compacts, plastic and glass bottles, and custom colour cosmetics packaging.
