Very good team to work with. Our project had quite a few details to confirm before production, including color, printing and packing. We started with samples because this was our first time working together. The sample process went smoothly and the team listened carefully to our comments. Before mass production they reconfirmed the important details with us again. The final goods were very close to the approved samples, which is very important for us. Overall, a reliable team.
No supplier is perfect, but what matters to me is how they deal with a problem. We had a small issue during one project and their team did not avoid it or make excuses. They checked with production, came back with a solution and kept us informed until it was solved. This gave us more confidence to continue working with them.
We have received the goods and are very happy with the overall quality. The tubes look clean and beautiful, printing came out nicely and everything was packed carefully. The cartons arrived in good condition, and we didn't have to spend extra time sorting damaged products. For an overseas supplier, this is something we really care about.
Their price was not the cheapest quotation we received, but after comparing the samples and details, we decided to work with them. They were transparent about the cost and helped us understand the difference between different options. The final result proved to be a good decision. Quality is stable and the service saves us a lot of communication time.
We were originally looking for one packaging item, but later found they could support us with more products for our cosmetic projects. Who is running your project.
YUNSHAN Packaging is based in Dongguan, China. Founded in 2021 and led by founder Lisa Lee, we help beauty brands and cosmetic manufacturers move from idea to market-ready packaging.
Thirty machines across four production lines handle injection molding, silk screen printing, hot stamping, vacuum metallizing and spray painting. Finished goods are inspected to AQL General Inspection Level II, and SGS and REACH material reports are available with the quotation.
