How do you control cosmetic packaging quality?

Quality control starts from raw materials and continues through production, decoration, assembly and final inspection.

Our standard finished-goods inspection can follow AQL General Inspection Level II, with acceptance levels of Critical 0 · Major 2.5 · Minor 4.0.

Depending on the packaging type, corresponding equipment is used for the relevant functional and appearance tests, including sealing/leakage, torque, drop and printing/coating adhesion where applicable.

Before mass production, the approved sample and the confirmed specifications are the quality reference.

If your company has its own QC protocol or inspection requirements, send them before production so they can be evaluated and written into the order rather than argued about afterwards.
