Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer both stock samples and customised samples.
Regular stock samples are generally free of charge. Customers only pay the courier cost, or provide a DHL, FedEx, UPS or other courier account for freight collect.
For customised samples, the sampling cost depends on the product and decoration requirements and is typically around USD 100–200. The normal lead time for customised samples is approximately 7–10 days.
We recommend approving samples before mass production, especially when the project involves custom colours, printing or special surface finishes.
